MAGGIE

Maggie comes from a long line of classic English-style show lines, and she embodies everything we love about the breed. She is our beautiful yellow Labrador with the heart and drive of a true working dog. Maggie joined our program from Northern Lakes Kennels in Georgia, and she has grown into an incredible example of what a well-bred Labrador should be.

Her sire, Chili, is a striking imported Red Fox Lab—athletic, intelligent and deeply loyal—bringing both beauty and working ability to Maggie’s pedigree. Her dam, Emma, is a gentle, affectionate English Lab who comes from a long history of show-quality lines. Emma is wonderful with children and other dogs and carries excellent health clearances alongside  Chili.

From her parents, Maggie inherited the perfect combination of athleticism, intelligence, and a sweet, biddable nature. Just like her father, she has endless energy, sharp intelligence, and a strong desire to work. She’s quick to learn, eager to please (even if she adds her own flair sometimes!), and truly thrives when she has a task or purpose. Her bold, spirited personality makes her puppies excellent candidates for hunting, sporting, or other working roles.

But Maggie isn’t just a working dog—she’s also a devoted family companion. She keeps up effortlessly with our energetic young boys, racing across the yard with them and then happily crashing at their feet once the fun is over. While she carries the athleticism and drive typical of her American-style cousins with their leaner build, longer legs, and impressive stamina, she also possesses the calm, affectionate nature that shines through in strong English lines.

When paired with the right English stud, Maggie has the potential to produce puppies that can offer the best of both worlds: the working ability and intelligence that make Labradors so versatile, paired with the more relaxed, family-friendly temperament so many families desire.
